Join us for a special guild outing to the historic Wile Carding Mill Museum in Bridgewater on Saturday, September 27 at 10:15am. Step back in time and see how raw fleece was transformed into roving ready for spinning, weaving, and knitting using 19th-century carding machinery, run by an overshot water wheel. It’s a wonderful chance to connect our craft with its history, explore this beautifully preserved site, and enjoy the company of fellow fibre enthusiasts.
Museum Admission is paid at the museum:
Adults: $3.50
Seniors: $2.25
The Museum tour will take between 1-2 hours so we have not made group lunch reservations.
Locations to shop will be published shortly
Registration required- please register so Lorna Ash can organize carpool options
